CONFERENCE VENUE & TRANSPORT

The venue is Shahzan Inn Fraser's Hill, Jalan Lady Gullemard, 49000 Bukit Fraser, Pahang.  Participants should bring a jacket/cardigan etc as daily temperatures are 18 to 23 °C. Participants/assemblies concerned should make their own arrangements for transport.  Route to Shahzan Inn – either shorter km via Rawang or easier via Tanjung Malim, both to Kuala Kubu Bharu.  Then follow road signs to Bukit Fraser (now uphill from the Gap at any time) and take right exit at the Fraser’s Hill clock tower.

 

COMMENCEMENT & CLOSE

Conference participants should arrive after 3:00pm on Monday, May 27 when the first meal provided will be dinner at 6:30pm with the first meeting being the evening ministry.  Please check in at our own reception, or if there is none, at the hotel reception on arrival.  The conference closes on Saturday, June 1, after Bible Reading I and the latest check out time is noon.

 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

Please email/post your registration form to reach us by April 14, 2013.  It is important that you designate your accommodation requirements and provide all details required in the registration form.  Malaysian participants should attach their cheques for the fees.  For efficiency, group registration by assemblies in Malaysia accompanied by one cheque and all details required in the registration form is preferred.

The per person fees inclusive of meals and accommodation are (payable UPON REGISTRATION for participants from Malaysia):
